Bobby Randolph, longtime Crossville Area Manager for Volunteer Energy Cooperative, has passed away. He was 77. Mr. Randolph died at his home on Sunday, July 5, 2020. Bobby Randolph, a native of Monterey, Tennessee. began his career as a VEC lineman in 1968. In 1980 Mr. Randolph was named VEC manager of the Crossville area. At the time of his passing he was also on Crossville’s Joint Economic and Community Development Board. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
