Two people wanted in Knoxville were captured Friday in Cumberland County. Crossville police were dispatched to the Red Roof Inn for two guests who possibly had warrants. The subjects had left the hotel room, however, police were able to follow a trail going east along the Obed River. Police located a tent in the woods along with several people, two of whom were the wanted subjects. Candice Bowers, age 46, had two capiases for violation of the sex offender registry out of Knoxville. Michael Manford, age 42, had one Failure To Appear For Theft Of Property. Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center.
