Governor Bill Lee has announced $81 million in Coronavirus Relief Aid Grants to help Tennessee schools safely reopen. K-12 schools will get $61 million, $50 million of which can be used on wi-fi devices, laptops, or any other devices needed to support reopening. The initiative also focuses $20 million in grants to public and nonprofit private higher education institutions.
