Masks Must Be Worn In Court

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Cumberland County Circuit Court Clerk Jessica Burgess reminds the public that, on order from the Supreme Court Of Tennessee, a mask covering the nose and mouth must be worn in any courthouse or other building in which court-related facilities are located. Therefore, citizens will need to bring a mask with them to conduct any business with the Clerk & Master or Circuit Clerk?s office, effective Monday, July 13, 2020.
