The Crossville City Council has approved the temporary closing of portions of Stanley Street, West Avenue and 4th Street for the Cumberland County High School Homecoming parade, which is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2020 starting at 5:30 p.m. Council also approved the appointment of Linda Hassler to serve on the Tree Board. In other business, council voted to apply for a $419,000 Rural Development loan. The money is to be used in the construction of a half million gallon water storage tank for Catoosa Utility Department.
