A Crossville man who would not wake up at a local business now faces numerous weapon and drug charges. Tuesday morning, Crossville Police were dispatched to the North Main Street business where they found 40-year-old David Monroe Hogan asleep in a chair. Police say Mr. Hogan was in possession of drugs, paraphernalia and a handgun. Hogan was charged with manufacture, sale or delivery times four, public intoxication, possession of a handgun while intoxicated, armed and dangerous felonies and resisting arrest.
