Crossville Police were dispatched to an Ivey Avenue residence on Thursday after a homeowner’s surveillance camera captured the vandalism of a security light on his property. According to reports, the video shows 57-year-old Tommy Lee Modglin using a ladder to climb a utility pole and disabling the security light. Police recognized Mr. Modglin from a previous mugshot and were able to track him down to a nearby house. Modglin was transported to jail and served with a vandalism warrant and he was also charged with resisting arrest.
