The Cumberland County Fair Association, Inc., has cancelled all scheduled events for the 2020 Fair “due to the COVID-19 virus and all other safeguards required to prevent the spread.” The Cumberland County Commission unanimously approved a resolution that grants the Association a one-time waiver of the lease fee and gives the county the ability to rent the grounds during the previously reserved dates.
