One person died and three others survived after a helicopter crashed into the Tennessee River around 7:40 p.m. Eastern Time Monday. WVLT reports the survivors have been identified as James Clayton, John McBride and Flynt Griffin. Records show the helicopter is tied to First Bank and CFA Holdings, Inc.. The National Transportation Safety Board is determining the cause of the crash.
