Anita Hale has defeated Brian McDonald to win the 4th District School Board seat. Hale, the incumbent board member, garnered 652 votes to McDonald’s 508. In the 6th District, Chris King was unopposed and will be taking the seat currently held by Tom Netherton. Board Chairperson, Teresa Boston from the 8th District was unopposed, as well as 2nd District Board Member Robert Safdie.
