A Claysville Road man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly shot several fireworks and fired a shotgun towards a home on Jones Road. Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended 50-year-old Jerry Dewayne Netherton for Aggravated Assault. Authorities also confiscated a 12 gauge flare shot from a vehicle that reportedly belonged to Mr. Netherton. Bond was set at $10,000.
