Authorities in Sequatchie County have launched an investigation after human remains were found Monday in what is described as a remote area of the county. WTVC reports that the remains were found near an old mine on CC Camp Road, off of Highway 108, where Grundy, Marion and Sequatchie Counties meet. Investigators are not sure if the remains belong to a man or a woman.
