We are now learning that Rhea County’s second COVID-19 death is a doctor who worked at Rhea County Primary Care. WRCB reports that Dr. Sithipol Tantihachai was well-known and respected in the Dayton community. The doctor worked with medial assistant Donna Smith who passed away from coronavirus in July.
