Bledsoe County Schools Reopen Week Of August 24

Bledsoe County Schools will reopen the week of August 24. Monday, August 24 will be registration for new students from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Please bring your child’s birth certificate, shot record and proof of residency with you. On Tuesday and Wednesday, August 25 and 26, students with the last name beginning with A through L will attend school. On Thursday and Friday, August 27 and 28, students with the last name beginning with M through Z will attend school. If you have students in your home with different last names they will attend school based on the oldest student?s last name. This information is also posted on Bledsoe County school’s website. You can also go to each school’s individual website to see your school’s reopening plan. Director of Schools James Ellis says all the changes put in place are for the safety of students and staff and the school systems looks forward to welcoming everyone back.
