Three Star Mall has New Owners

News has officially been released about the Three Star Mall. The county officially owns the mall and County executive Terry Bell stated that he received the keys last week. With that being said the county is looking to begin on improvements starting around December for construction. The roof needs major improvement which is main priority. With the Three Star Mall being in the county’s hands the plan is to put the new health department in the old JC Penny space as well as housing the senior center, UCHRA and the Veterans Service office. Many plans are in the making throughout the next few weeks!
