Governor Lee has ordered flags to fly at half-staff at the Tennessee State Capitol on Friday in honor of country music legend Charlie Daniels, who died on Monday from a stroke. He was 83. An open visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Sellars Funeral Home in Mount Juliet. The funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro.
