No injuries were reported after a UPS truck overturned on I-40 east in Cumberland County this morning (7/21/2020). It happened just before 4 a.m. at mile marker 311. The THP says the UPS truck was hauling general freight and pulling double trailers when it rolled over. The crash closed the eastbound ramp and it took crews about 4 hours to clear the debris.
