– Cumberland County’s active COVID-19 case count for Sunday, August 23, 2020 is at 328 (up 41 from last Thursday). Positive cases are 706 (up 48 from last Thursday) . Recoveries are at 371 up 7. Death toll remains the same at 7, officially.
