Forecasters are expecting Hurricane Laura to make landfall early tomorrow morning near the Louisiana/Texas border. The inland track is likely to bring rain to the Cumberland Plateau through Saturday. Crossville City Manager Greg Wood told the city council that he is considering opening the valves at Holiday Lake in anticipation of excessive precipitation.
